Returns Policy


If you’ve just made the order and you’ve changed your mind, please contact me as soon as possible as it’ll be easier to process the refund before I post off.

I have a 30 days returns policy, which means you have 30 days from the receipt date to request a return.

To be eligible, your item needs to be in sellable condition with it’s original packaging, undamaged and unused. You will also need proof of purchase.

The return postage will be at YOUR OWN EXPENSE.

If the return is accepted and the above steps have been met, please post back to me. Please keep in mind, posting can be delayed for several reasons with strikes and bank holidays. So please be patient and I will email you once its arrived.

When I do receive it, the item will be checked over and I will let you know if the refund/exchange has been accepted or not. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method when the order was first made. Please wait up to 10 business days for the monies to be received. Your bank or credit card company needs time to process the funds. If you have not received monies after 15 business days, please get in touch and I shall help where I can

What if my item arrives damaged

Please get in touch as soon as possible and within the 30 days of purchase date. Email me what the issue is with photo evidence and I shall look to replace the item as soon as possible to the same address the original order was delivered too.


The quickest way to get what you want is to return the unwanted item, and once its been accepted for return once I receive it, I will inform you as soon as possible. Then you just make a separate purchase for the new item.
